Help and Trouble-shooting!
If you have checked all
the options and none of them seems to work, then the problem
is probably an error in the HTML code or you are going
through a proxy server or firewall that has all requests
to port 81 disabled. In the case of proxy server or firewall,
you will not see any FB banners or logo buttons (beside
the banner) on any pages - including ours.
If it is an error in HTML,
please compare with the original HTML code you received.
If you still cannot get it to work, then please send us
feedback.
Note: If your account has
been suspended, you will also see no banners.

Forgot
password
and email.
Click

We have recently moved from logging in by member id such
as A101011, to logging in by email address. If you
forgot either your email or password, then click
here to retrieve them.

Not receiving
credits
This is usually due to an error in the HTML logic, or
having more than one account number. Please check the
account number in the Free Banners HTML on your pages
to be sure that it matches the account number which you
are checking credits for.
If the banner shows up as
a broken image, then it is not being displayed and you
are not getting credits. This is caused by an HTML error.
You may want to get a fresh copy of the HTML - on the
Member Login page; enter your account number and password,
then click the Submit HTML button.

Not receiving
enough credits
This can happen if the banner is further down on a page
than other things. Comparison of page views to banner requests
will probably not match, because some people browse in
text only and others click away or stop the page from
loading completely. For a more accurate comparison, check
your logs for an image file that is below the Free Banners
banner to the visit count for the Free Banners banner.
If you have multiple pages,
and you are not using unique page numbers then you will
not receive unique credits for each page. Please see the
HTML example for your account for more details- on the
Member Login page; enter your account number and password,
then click the Submit HTML button.

Cannot
login
Be sure that you are entering the correct email and
password. If you have forgotten your password,
please click here to retrieve.

You can edit this. Log into your member area and click
on the web instance, and then click on edit web instance.

Profile, and make the relevant changes.

No response
after sending feedback
We try to answer all mail within 72 hours. Usually we
answer within 24, except on weekends or when we are about
to release an update. If you sent mail or feedback that
warranted a reply and have not received one, chances are
that the return e-mail address was wrong.

Cannot
change ratings
If you are changing from level 2 (general) to level 1
(kid safe),
the rating change will not take place. This keeps people
from changing site or banner ratings (that should be rated
level 2) to Kid Safe, and offending lots of
people. If your content have really changed, and you
believe that you are now a kid safe site, please email us
to make the changes for you.

Only
Free Banners banners appear
If you have just joined, then this will occur until your
banner has been submitted.
This can also occur if there is a shortage in targets
for your segment. For example, if you are one of two sites
in an imaginary segment called "Rock lovers",
and the other site had millions of hits per hour, then
there would be few banners targeted toward this segment
that would be left for display on your site. This is an
extreme example, the fact being that low demand will cause
only Free Banners banners to appear. You may want to turn
off targeting if this happens.
Sometime, it could also be
due to lack of banners on the queue and our default
banners will be displayed.
In some cases, we have reason to lock accounts because
of lack of compliance with the Terms and Conditions. If
this is the case, you should receive mail with describing
why such a lock was placed. Mail will be sent to the address
in your profile.
